Project structure tests (12): verify README, LICENSE, skills dir, docx/pdf/xlsx modules. XMLEditor tests (10): init, encoding detection, node lookup by tag/attrs/contains, missing file errors, pathlib compat, unicode content search. All 22 tests passing.
