actorCalls.sendAlert caught and logged gen2 command failures but silently swallowed them, leaving callers with no indication that the alert was never delivered. Add a bare 'raise' after the logger.error so the exception propagates to the caller. Note: write_agc_guide_offset and write_agc_match in data.py already re-raised on main — no changes needed there. Closes REFACTORING.md Issue 12 / AGENTS.md G7.
