I am currently using AgileZen to help organise the project development, however it doesn't interact with github very well as it has a very immature REST interface.
Every so often I will update the image below to reflect the state of play and so that you can see progress without a constant barrage of commit/push messages; I tend to work offline and push to a local remote git repository where I have a Team City server monitoring.
