The sPyNNaker8 repository is no longer in use. The code including test scripts has been moved to https://github.com/SpiNNakerManchester/sPyNNaker The running of the Integration Tests has been moved to https://github.com/SpiNNakerManchester/IntegrationTests Therefor please do one of the following.
