removed spinnaker_start as very out of date

This code was dangerously out of date.

examples include.

• creating a job directly rather than using a Spalloc client
• getting width and height from a Job
• Not using a transceiver
• Not using the MachineVersion stuff
• Making sure the board is ready directly on the Connection and not using Transceiver code

Note: I stop looking for difference so there are likely to be many more

Better would be to create more spinnman integration tests
