Made Malverk capable of adding animated textures with multiple layers.
Moved AnimatedJokers, similar tables, AnimatedIndividual and all the functions the mod uses to the Aura dict for cleaner code.
Rewrote how certificate finds what seal to display making it look a function that works with atlas and pos instead of just order. this allows other mods to not only expand the accepted seals but also have more complex logic behind them.
