Releases @sparkpost/design-tokens 7.1.2 by applying the pending changeset from the earlier Sass fix PR.

The diff bumps the package version in package.json and package-lock.json, documents the patch in CHANGELOG.md (generated SCSS rem() / em() now use math.div() instead of / for Dart Sass 2.0), and removes the consumed .changeset/fix-sass-slash-div.md file.
