Fixes #102
This makes it flash correctly, but the app shows an error that the chip responded unsuccessfully (forgot to capture the output).
However, I can verify v2.23 flashed on Pinecil V2 correctly, at least based on the version output on the pinecil itself.
Also, I've opted to use v0.0.5 of blisp, because the unviersal build (or a separate ARM version, for that matter) does not exist for v0.0.4
