Refactored the Technology Demos Section with improved card styling, better layout, and enhanced visual hierarchy.

Changes

• Card Styling: Removed borders and background colors from demo cards for cleaner look
• Typography: Updated section title to use font-semibold instead of font-bold
• Icon Styling: Improved icon presentation with better spacing and stroke width
• Layout: Enhanced card content layout and spacing
• Colors: Updated text colors to use primary theme colors
• CSS Utilities: Added custom stroke-width utility class for precise icon styling
