Summary
Adds an opt-in AgentTerm import path for Noetica-exported
SourceOSInteractionEventartifacts.This PR adds:
src/agent_term/noetica_import.pyagent-term-interaction import-noetica <file-or-directory>Scope
AgentTerm remains a pull/import consumer. This does not add a live Noetica dependency, event stream, watcher, or default runtime coupling.
