Item set Exporter

This release contains a new feature to export item sets from some sites.
So far only the Blitz.gg plugin supports exporting them, but maybe more in the future.
To use it, simply select the "Show item set" button on each entry of the Blitz.gg tab and then "Upload item set" on the opened page.
