Adds a --short flag to
socket scan reportto have brief outputs intended for CI/automated usages. Will report OK/ERR by default,{healthy:boolean}for JSON, andhealthy = booleanin markdown modes.Also made exit code reflect
healthy:falsestate (regardless of output mode).
