We use this service a lot in cybersecurity based applications, so this PR adds a Cisco Duo Security integration via their generic OIDC SSO API.
Mapping is done on the Duo side, so notes are included on setting that up as well. Followed the convention of surrounding implementations and the contributing guidelines.
