Introduces automated docs deployment and cleans up legacy code.

• CI: New Deploy Docs workflow builds MkDocs (generates puzzle docs via scripts/gen_docs.py) and deploys ./site to GitHub Pages on main/basic-dev and manual dispatch
• Docs: README significantly updated with latest puzzle counts, performance metrics, links, and table entries; added references to hosted docs
• Cleanup: Removes numerous legacy crawlers/* modules
• Misc: Extends .gitignore to exclude benchmark_results/ and docs/puzzles/*.md
