Cross-repo spec hygiene (2026-06-06): move terminal specs (complete/ shipped/closed/superseded) into archive/ so they stop inflating the active in-flight count. Early-phase-complete and ongoing specs were deliberately kept active. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com>
test_rows_endpoint_pending_review_state called asyncio.get_event_loop().run_until_complete(...), which raises "There is no current event loop in thread 'MainThread'" under Python 3.10+ when an earlier test (order shuffled by pytest-randomly) left no loop set. asyncio.run() creates and tears down its own loop, making the test robust to ordering.
