ToolAssist - Alpha 1.0 RC01

This is a Release Candidate for the new plugin "ToolAssist"
ToolAssist is a new, lightweight vein-mining plugin engineered for simplicity, while also being completely configurable.

The configuration file contains a few plugin settings, alongside tool settings for specific materials which are allowed to trigger the vein-mining function.

You can define the radius for how far the plugin searches in terms of blocks for new blocks to break.
You can choose to either use the config list for the tools, or to use the standard tool check minecraft uses to identify a successful block break.
You can choose the default permission assigned to the vein-mining action
You can choose if the vein mining function should be always active or activated by sneaking.

Each tool setting is for respective tool classes (pickaxe, axe, sword, etc.)
Any blocks listed in those categories can be targeted by the vein-mining function and broken when using the assigned tool.

There are no commands, but some may be added through popular demand.
