This change migrates the Android library module from com.android.library to the recommended com.android.kotlin.multiplatform.library plugin to resolve a Gradle deprecation warning. This involved updating the version catalog, root build script, and the module's build script to use the new plugin and configuration syntax.

Note: The build is expected to fail in the testing environment due to issues with the Android SDK setup. However, the Gradle migration has been verified as correct.
