Accent Copier

The days of remembering long ALT codes or searching the web for a copy & paste are over! With this simple extension you can copy and paste all your favorite accents from your favorite language with the click of a button!

Install

Regular People Way:

1. Chrome Web Store (Chrome/Chromium): https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/accent-copier/gcpgbjkkabhfmadmilbkgnelgpfkaonp
2. Mozilla Addons (Firefox): https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/accent-copier/

Developer Way:

1. Via crx file (Chrome/Chromium):
   1.1 Download Accent Copier.crx from the release page
   1.2 Open chrome://extensions
   1.3 Turn on Developer Mode via the switch in the top right
   1.4 Drag and Drop Accent Copier.crx onto the page
   
2. Via manifest (Firefox):
   2.1 Download the manifest.json file above
   2.2 Open about:debugging#/runtime/this-firefox
   2.3 Click "Load Temporary Add-on"
   2.4 Select the manifest.json file you downloaded

Tutorial

Switching Languages:

To change your language simply press the tab at the bottom with the desired language's code. Your preference will be saved next time you open up the extension.

Switching to Caps:

Simply switch to caps by holding Shift and selecting the Accent you want to copy.
