Theoretical Binary Representation

This document presents a conceptual binary-level structure to represent mmCIF data.


Data Block Header

(M = 01001101, etc. → MMCI...N)


Loop Structure Encoding

(L = 01001100, O = 01001111, P = 01010000 → “LOOP”)
