claude-brain helps you keep your Claude Code data synced across all your Windows computers. It saves your memory, skills, agents, rules, and settings automatically. It uses smart merges to avoid losing any changes when you update from different machines. The tool connects with Git to handle this syncing process behind the scenes, so you don’t need to set it up yourself.

- Detect changes you make in your Claude Code brain on your machine
- Automatically sync those changes to your other linked machines
- Use Git to track changes and merge updates safely
You don’t need to open claude-brain every time. It will sync when your computer is on and connected.
claude-brain syncs using these steps:
- Watches the folder you chose for any changes in files
- Automatically commits and pushes changes to the Git repository
- Pulls new changes from the Git repo from other machines
- Merges changes using an intelligent semantic merge approach
- Alerts you only when manual action is needed in rare cases
You don’t need to know Git commands or any coding. claude-brain handles everything in the background.

Your Claude Code brain data is stored in the folder you choose. This folder will contain all the memory, skills, agents, rules, and settings files.
