I noticed that some changes for this documentation weren't synced with docs/spfx/web-parts/guidance/simplify-adding-web-parts-with-preconfigured-entries.md from my local branch, so I've included those updates in this PR as well to ensure consistency across the documentation.

Going forward, I'll double-check PRs after creation to ensure all related changes are properly included before submission.
