This will not be merged as this is just hiding an option using CSS.
Please reopen/ submit a new one after adding more dynamic context/use cases that are more suitable for the Hactoberfest

PR Description:
This CSS code, when applied to sc_cat_item or esc_cat_item page-specific CSS, will hide the Requested For field. The users will not be able to change the Requested For while submitting the item.
