Close all child cases from Parent Case

PR Description:

To Provide UI action button on the parent case to close all the associated child cases.
Note: This functionality is not OOB. I've verified on the PDI and the instance.

Thank you for the contribution

• Please rename gr with something relevant variable name.
• Remove the note from the readme file.
• Also show the info message only if related child cases are closed and not everytime the button is clicked.

Small enhancement: I would also suggest adding more conditions to the ui action to only show when there are child cases related. you can implement this as part of your next PR.
