Hi @Indra-kolge

The Title mentioned 'Auto Close Cases' but the code is written for 'Incident'. and the readme file says 'Business Rule' code which doesn't work in this scenario.

However, for both incidents and cases this feature is available OOTB.

For Hacktoberfest, we’re aiming for high-quality contributions providing real-world developer use-cases. Closing this for now. Once you make additional changes, feel free to re-open this Pull Request or create a new one.
