This folder already has the code file and follows the correct folder structure path you outlined. All I did was update the readme to help the code make more sense.

Thanks for looking into this again and submitting a PR, seems you are still misisng files in this PR.

Please add .js script file and update the description properly, right now it's blank and it doesn't provide any information.
