Automatically Add manager to group

This code will run after insert/update on "sys_user_group" table.
It will automatically add manager as the group member (if not already present).

@rohi-v Thanks for the comments, that fix script is to handle old records for one time.

This is a BR which will automatically add members so that fix script is not required in future.
