PR Description:

On Issue to Item records, Issue can be linked with multiple Risks. We need to check which Risks are already associated with a given issue and use those already added Risk sys Ids to filter available risks to be added later on issue to item.

The logic used here is a GlideRecord with a simple query. Code snippets reused from the ServiceNow Documentation or API References are acceptable only if they are expanded in a meaningful way (e.g., with additional context, documentation, or variations). This repo already has similar examples so it might be worth checking for duplicates or similar codes before submitting.

For Hacktoberfest, we’re aiming for high-quality contributions providing real-world developer usecases.
