This action is built to fetch all the active tickets assigned to the selected user. The action is pretty straight forward as it takes an input of user and gives an output string that either contains all the ticket no.'s or "There are no active tickets, please proceed with the deactivation of the user's profile".
**Example Usecase Scenario : ** When a developer / admin is about to deactivate a user profile, they should check if there are any active tickets and reassign them to the queue so that the show doesn't stop. So, this action helps the developers to get the active ticket no.'s which are assigned to the user whose profile is about to be deactivated so that they can be utilized further in the flow.
