Create Incident Action

  1. Define Inputs
Add Caller ID (Reference → sys_user)
    Add Short Description (String)

  2. Add Create Record Step
Use Create Record to insert a new record into the incident table.
    Map Inputs to Fields
Caller ID → Caller field in Incident
Short Description → Short Description field in Incident

  3. Define Outputs
Incident Number → Returns the new incident number
Incident Sys ID → Returns the sys_id of the created incident

Reuse in Flows : The Action can now be used in any Flow Designer flow to automate Incident creation.

… ID and Short Description as inputs, creates a new Incident record using a Create Record step, and outputs the Incident Number and Sys ID. The Action was built in Flow Designer by defining inputs, adding a Create Record step, mapping the fields, and setting outputs for reuse in Flows

Hi @Shashank102002

Thank you for your contribution.

The action has only 1 step which is 'create record' and the inputs are very few instead it would be more efficient to use the 'create record' step directly in the flow rather than creating a separate action for it.

Closing this for now. Once you make additional changes, feel free to re-open this Pull Request or create a new one.
