Create Incident Action

  1. Define Inputs
Add Caller ID (Reference → sys_user)
    Add Short Description (String)

  2. Add Create Record Step
Use Create Record to insert a new record into the incident table.
    Map Inputs to Fields
Caller ID → Caller field in Incident
Short Description → Short Description field in Incident

  3. Define Outputs
Incident Number → Returns the new incident number
Incident Sys ID → Returns the sys_id of the created incident

Reuse in Flows : The Action can now be used in any Flow Designer flow to automate Incident creation.

…nd Short Description as inputs and returns the Incident Number and Sys ID as outputs once the Incident is successfully created.
