Summary

  • AGENTS.md (and via symlink CLAUDE.md): new top section — SergeCode is a permanent, separate hard fork of pingdotgg/t3code; agents must NEVER open PRs against, merge into, push to, or otherwise touch the upstream repo. All gh/git operations target SergeSerb2/SergeCode explicitly.
  • README.md: rewritten for SergeCode — hard-fork notice, provider prerequisites, run-from-source instructions; drops upstream install channels (npx t3 / winget / brew / AUR ship upstream T3 Code, not this fork).
  • CONTRIBUTING.md: replaced upstream's contributor policy with fork policy.
  • docs/: all "T3 Code" prose renamed to "SergeCode" (13 files). Functional identifiers left untouched on purpose: t3code:// protocol, com.t3tools.t3code bundle id, @t3tools/* package names, t3code-relay filter — they match the code and renaming them is a separate (breaking) change.

Test plan

  • grep -rn "T3 Code" docs README.md AGENTS.md CONTRIBUTING.md → only intentional upstream references remain
  • Docs-only change; no code touched

SergeCode is a permanent, independent hard fork of pingdotgg/t3code and
will never be re-merged upstream. Codify that in AGENTS.md (which
CLAUDE.md symlinks to) with an explicit rule that agents must never
open PRs against, push to, or otherwise touch the upstream repository —
all git/gh operations target SergeSerb2/SergeCode only.

Rebrand README, CONTRIBUTING, and docs/ prose from "T3 Code" to
"SergeCode". Functional identifiers (t3code:// protocol, package names,
bundle ids, relay filters) are intentionally untouched since they match
the code. README now documents running from source and notes that
upstream distribution channels (npx t3, winget, brew, AUR) ship
upstream T3 Code, not this fork.

- remote-access.md: replace `npx t3 serve` examples with run-from-source
  invocation (`node apps/server/src/bin.ts serve`); npx ships upstream T3
  Code, not this fork.
- t3-connect-clerk.md: restore `T3 Code (Alpha).app` bundle paths — desktop
packaging still uses the upstream productName, so the SergeCode paths did
not exist on disk. Added a note explaining why.
