ensure_local_path()to handle bind mounts and /proc/ pathsMLSERVER_MODEL_REPOSITORY_*config optionsFixes XGBoost/LightGBM/CatBoost path canonicalization failures and
race conditions when deploying with model-car OCI images on KServe.
Tested: ✅ All tests pass, Validated on with Kserve deployment
