ChatGPT's one-shot startup configuration probe was routed into the interactive daemon bridge, which returned empty stdout and paused the app with an organization-settings error. Pass startup configuration, sign-out, help, and version requests to the real CLI with their arguments and output preserved, and permit fallback after EOF only while both streams remain pristine.
Adds executable wrapper and real-bridge regressions, documents the required script refresh for existing shim installations, includes a patch Changeset, and regenerates the committed artifacts with locked dependencies.
Validation: full repository check passed (build, artifact validation, typecheck, 463 unit tests and 97 route tests). Both the original routing defect and the pristine-EOF defect failed regression tests before their fixes. A rendered wrapper also returned valid startup configuration from ChatGPT's bundled CLI in an isolated temporary home. The local shim remains uninstalled.
