Release grok-bot-cli 0.12.5 from the integrated main branch, consuming all nine pending patch Changesets. Updates package and plugin versions, synchronizes the root lockfile version, generates the changelog and rebuilds distribution metadata.
Included fixes cover descriptor v3 compatibility, Windows and active-account reconnection, bounded hibernated read recovery, uncertain send delivery and nonce-based receipts, the ChatGPT desktop-shim startup protocol, and bundled dependency updates. Existing shim users must refresh their installed scripts after upgrading, as documented in the changelog.
Validation: the complete repository check passes on this release snapshot (509 unit tests, 97 route tests, build, artifact validation and typecheck). Package and lockfile versions are 0.12.5, no pending Changesets remain, and no source behavior changed relative to merged main. Merging this PR publishes through the repository's existing GitHub Actions OIDC release workflow.
