Add a deterministic, LLM-free codebase scanner that clones a repo, detects technical-debt markers and debug artifacts, and reports a 0-100 readiness score, pass/fail gate, severity breakdown, noisiest files, and a downloadable PDF. Exposed via POST /api/audit-repo and a new /audit page. Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>
