This pull request adds support for the ViewSonic XG270 monitor. The USB protocol was reverse-engineered from the OpenRGB C++ driver. It uses USB Feature Reports (65-byte packets including Report ID 0x02) to control the two hardware zones (Downward LEDs and Rear Ring LEDs). Successfully tested on local hardware with SignalRGB.
