Fixes #34:

  • Properly emits zero (for first term inside the kf / T multiplier in eqn 105 in the paper) if both b1 and Ea1 are zero.
  • Fixes grouping of parenthesis for b1 = b2 or Ea1 = Ea2
  • Fixes handling of dkf/dT = 0 for final Arrhenius coeffs.
