Published researcher in robotic navigation. Currently trying to figure out how much smarter a bot can get when you give it better ML. Spoiler: pretty smart.
When I'm not debugging sensor fusion or training models, I'm playing guitar — which, honestly, has a lot in common with ML. Both require pattern recognition, repetition, and accepting that things will sound terrible before they sound good.
