De-personalize tutorials:

• Rewrite Part II
• Rewrite Part III
• Rewrite Part IV (not available yet)
• Rewrite Part V (not available yet)
• Rewrite Part VI (not available yet)

We should link the template blender file somewhere in the text :) If you like, as we have his permission, we could simplify and de-personalize the texts quite a bit.

The new content should also be linked from the main README.md.

Sure, especially the tutorial introduction is very personalized. Any ideas on what to include in the introduction instead?

Nevermind. There is a new Introduction article by Jan that suites us much better. It contains explanation for the tools. Hopefully I'll have time to integrate that soon :)

The tutorials in this PR are made by a person from the AoE2 community, so criticism or suggestions should go into the thread at the heavengames forums. I want to wait for the whole tutorial to be finished before it is merged here.

If you want to do other tutorials (in this PR only modelling buildings is covered) or pretty much anything modding related, just go for it and make another PR :)
