• Adds a focused mentorship impact ladder for SCIBASE issue Community & User Reputation System #15.
• Scores mentor/trainee reputation progression from supervised peer reviews, reproducibility reruns, dataset/code contributions, CRediT roles, independent endorsements, visibility modes, and mentor baseline reputation.
• Blocks risky badge promotion through trainee acknowledgement, relationship-conflict, endorsement, reproducibility, and portfolio-breadth safeguards.
• Produces institution-ready mentorship packets, deterministic digests, JSON/Markdown/SVG outputs, and a short MP4 demo artifact.
