Description
This PR adds a new submission demonstrating a Skeleton Loading Animation component for content loading states.

The demo showcases a modern skeleton loading interface featuring avatar placeholders, title placeholders, text line placeholders, and action button placeholders. A smooth shimmer animation is applied to create a realistic loading experience while content is being fetched.
Why
Skeleton loaders improve perceived performance by providing users with a visual representation of the content structure before actual data loads. They are commonly used in dashboards, social media feeds, profile cards, e-commerce websites, and content-heavy applications. This component is reusable, lightweight, responsive, and aligns with EaseMotion CSS's philosophy of practical and human-readable UI components.
