Assumptions

Data format

1. Observed data are stored in .csv format
2. Simulated data are serialized in .nc format

Grid format:

1. Time is in 1-day grid
2. Depth is in 1-meter grid

Representative time length is 1 year

Representative total depth in Chesapeake bay is 20 meters
