Also explicitly set the other behaviors and enhanced comment.
FieldRestrictions sub GetFieldStates relies on key 'Sets' not being present when evaluating autocomplete fields. The lens driver needs to clean this up before passing the data on.
Necessary as this sub is now called for reference fields as well and CustomerUser reference does not support PossibleValuesGet. Also, the resulting data is only used within the if block.
Still work in progress.
Issue #3810 has seemingly been fixed accidentally along the way.
