WebExtensions compatible browser plugin to skip ad videos on youtube.
Download manifest.json and skipper.js into an arbitrary folder on your machine. If you are using Chrome, navigate to chrome://extensions and select "Load unpacked extension". Select the folder where you downloaded the files and you are done.
