This PR bumps the versions of o3de and o3de-extras to stabilization/2605 (will bump to 2605 when released) and then fixes everything that broke as a result of doing this.

Fixes that were applied:

  • all dependencies of ROS2 and Gems have been updated to a newer version
  • updated the spawning script to match the change in new simulation interfaces API
  • created a component inside the O3DE project to keep publishing the boxes' gripping points using the simulation interfaces gem, because in 2605 simulation interfaces by default only tracks the top-most entity
  • updated all the prefabs by adding said component
