- docker-compose for letsencrypt container
- "docker-compose-letsencrypt-ssl.yml" to run nginx-proxy and letsencrypt containers
- "docker-compose-nginx-letencrypt-app-example.yml" to configure necessary variables
- Updated README.md with necessary instructions
