Summary:

Add FreeCAD 1.2 release-note entries for Sketcher line type previews on dark themes.
Reference Sketcher: make line type settings visible on dark theme, fix #29305 FreeCAD/FreeCAD#29319, which fixed solid/dashed preview rendering in the Sketcher line type preference dropdown.
