[ENHANCEMENT] Add Dark/Light Theme Toggle to Help Center and Terms & Service Pages

Summary

Implemented a Dark/Light theme toggle for the Help Center and Terms & Service pages to enhance accessibility and user experience.

Changes Made

• Added theme toggle button to the navbar
• Implemented JavaScript logic to switch between light and dark modes
• Added dark mode styles using the .dark-mode class
• Stored user theme preference using localStorage for persistence across sessions
• Ensured existing layouts and styles remain unaffected

Result

Users can now switch between light and dark themes on both the Help Center and Terms & Service pages, with their theme preference saved for future visits.
