🚀 Add Scroll to Top Button on Receipt Page
Description
This PR introduces a Scroll to Top button on the Receipt page of the ExpenseFlow project. The Receipt page may include uploaded receipts, extracted details, and additional content, which can make the page lengthy. The added button allows users to quickly return to the top of the page, improving navigation and usability.
Changes Made
Added a Scroll to Top button to the Receipt page.
Implemented JavaScript functionality to display the button when the user scrolls down.
Added smooth scrolling behavior when the button is clicked.
Styled the button to match the existing ExpenseFlow UI design.
Ensured the feature works across desktop and mobile devices.

Confirmed the button appears after scrolling down the page.
