🚀 Add Scroll to Top Button on Community Page
Description
This PR adds a Scroll to Top button to the Community page of the ExpenseFlow project. Since the page can contain multiple sections and community-related content, users may need to scroll through a long layout. The added button helps users quickly navigate back to the top of the page.
Changes Made
Added a Scroll to Top button to the Community page.
Implemented JavaScript logic to show the button when the user scrolls down.
Added smooth scrolling functionality when the button is clicked.
Styled the button to align with the existing ExpenseFlow UI theme.
Ensured the feature works properly across desktop and mobile devices.
